I wanted to post my progress to see if I am doing OK. It has been 2 1/2 months and am anxious to start bulking. I am thinking maybe 2-3 weeks I will be where I need to be to start. I don't have much muscle and I think if I start gaining some weight/muscle I will be able to burn that last few pounds of fat.
I started at ~180 at 5'10". I am now 160.
I did a Keto type diet most of the time, but 2 weeks in the middle I did an isocaloric diet and have been doing one for a week now. I am doing it this way to get a little variety in my diet and to change it up a little.

Might have to copy and paste the link. I took pictures only 2 weeks apart because I started doign 3-4 mod intensity cardio after I took the picture on 5/11
