How is this diet?

Im 320 lbs

7:45 Whey / Oatmeal / Multivitamin
8:00 45 Min cardio
10:00 2 Chicken Breast w/ Brown Rice
12:30 Whey Glass of OJ - CREATINE
1:00 Start workout (5 days per week) and some more cardio
3:00 Lean Steak and Veggies
5:00 Tuna

I workout 5 days per week and do my cardio 6 days per week.

Do you think I could lose a substanial amount of weight and preserve a great deal of my lean muscle mass?

320 lbs. I assume you have a high bodyfat percentage? It doesn't look like you're eating enough, I could be wrong. You need to eat like between 10-12 times your bodyweight in calories per day, meaning 3200 to 3800 calories a day. Anything less and you'll be losing too much muscle. Losing weight is a slow process. The slower you lose it, the more likely you're gonna keep it off.

2-3 times a week for cardio is good. 4-5 times a week for lifting is good too.

Try to do a 40/40/20 ratio for protein/carbs/fat and you'll be doing good.

Don't mix creatine in OJ. Mix it in some grape juice, or get some dextrose and mix it all together. Also, you should probably be having your whey/creatine shake right after you work out, not before.

Try cardio on an empty stomach, then have your whey/oatmeal right after.

If you've done cardio in the morning, don't do cardio after weights if you're gonna lift that day. More isn't necessarily better.
