My Diet Plan

Help me build a better diet plan for bulking. I'm 150 lbs and bulking.
Thank you.


Breakfast 11:00 am

- whole wheat bagel with margarine
- 1 whole egg
- cheddar cheese slices
- orange juice

Lunch 4:00 pm

- chicken breast coivered with bread crumbs
- rice / couscous / mac 'n cheese
- vegetable salad
- orange juice

Workout 7:00 pm

Post-Workout Shake 8:30 pm

- 2 scoops whey
- 1 banana
- milk

Dinner 10:00 pm

- sometimes pizza
- slices of turkey
- orange juice
 
If you wanna bulk up, the 1st thing you need to do is increase your caloric intake and your eating frequency. You aren’t eating even close to enough. Why is your 1st meal not until 11am? And why only one egg? I’d bump that up to 8-9 eggs in the morning and use a 3-1 white to yolk ratio, I would also loose the bagel and eat plain oatmeal (you can add a little cinnamon and banana so it isn’t so bland) Also loose the OJ, drink water, and a lot of it, all day.

You need to eat every 2 to 2.5 hours and or else your body will go into a catabolic state. I know this may be difficult depending on your daily schedule (work or school) but try to stick to that frequency. Eat chicken, turkey, tuna, lean red meat, vegetables, brown rice, sweet potatoes, yams. The main thing is EAT


You can eat right up until ½ hour before bedtime, more egg whites will be a good last meal since egg protein slower digesting protein.

It would help to know you age, training routine/experience, schedule...
