my diet plan seems not enough

Im starting my ckd diet now that my back is healed and I can train,but I have a problem,im over my bmr but its only 4 meals a day worked out like this

Meal 1 4 eggs omelette with 30 gram graded cheese fried in 2 table sppons of canola oil

Meal 2 med salad 2 tbsp full fat dressing, 2 hard boiled eggs

Meal 3 1 can of tuna with 2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp canola oil

Meal 4 protein shake with 500mg milk 2 tbsp canola oil

This works out to 136 pro 185 fat 45 carbs 2401.7 cals total,my bmr is 2160 but I doubt this type of diet will keep me full and not starving if I am lifting and doing cardio

I was thinking of snacking on pork rinds and beef jerky

what do you guys think about this plan?
 
oak, you need 1.5 grams of fat for every gram of protein you take in to get into ketosis. Once you're in, It's probably ok to ease up a bit and change the ratios around. I'm doing mine as of right now at bodyweight times 10. I am surviving ok. I actually couldn't wait for the carbup to end. By the way, you can maintain your muscle on 15% of your bmr coming from protein.
 
Im 5'6 180 probably about 14%bf or so now,plan to cut down for 8 weeks then off for 4 and back on for another 8 or until I am down to 8% bf

my bmr was figured out by bw x12

Burning inside are you saying by this eating plan I wont get into ketosis and lose like I should? should I add more canola into meal so I get the extra fat?

by my calculations my protein is at 6% or so of my bmr but is probably wrong because I suck at math

Im on day 2 and my piss smells rotten like indicated,cant actually use the stixs yet as I dont have any money but I feel like shit and get wild cravings

hopefully I am in we will see
