Im starting my ckd diet now that my back is healed and I can train,but I have a problem,im over my bmr but its only 4 meals a day worked out like this
Meal 1 4 eggs omelette with 30 gram graded cheese fried in 2 table sppons of canola oil
Meal 2 med salad 2 tbsp full fat dressing, 2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 3 1 can of tuna with 2 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp canola oil
Meal 4 protein shake with 500mg milk 2 tbsp canola oil
This works out to 136 pro 185 fat 45 carbs 2401.7 cals total,my bmr is 2160 but I doubt this type of diet will keep me full and not starving if I am lifting and doing cardio
I was thinking of snacking on pork rinds and beef jerky
what do you guys think about this plan?
