My Diet...Make any sense?

I'm 5'7", 204 13% bf

Here is my diet:

Meal 1 : 3/4 oatmeal mixed w 1/2 cup non-fat milk, 1/2 bananna
Meal 2 : Protein Shake, 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cup brocolli
Meal 3 : 2 skinless Chicken breasts, cup of non fat yogurt
Meal 4 : MetRx Bar, 6 oz or Tuna
Meal 5 : Sammon Fillet, 1/2 cup of black beans, 1/2 cup soy beans
Meal 6 : Protein Shake w/1 TSP peanut buter

Supplements: Hydroxycut 3 x 3x's a day
10 gms Creatine
1000 mgs flax seed oil gel caps

Next week, starting a 4 week cycle of Super One+ (4-Andro, w/ Test)

My training consists of cardio in the early AM (:30 min for 5 days) and a training split of 6 days on 1 day off.

4 day split:
day 1: Chest, Calfs, Stomach
day 2: Back, Hamstrings
day 3: Shoulders, Quads
day 4: Biceps and Triceps
day 5: repeat
day 6: repeat
day 7: off

Your thoughts, suggestions and comments are appreciated.
 
I'd limit your protein shakes/bars to two a day, one being post workout. Replace them with chicken or tuna and veggie meals.

changes to meal plan in BOLD
Meal 1 : 3/4 oatmeal mixed w 1/2 cup non-fat milk, 1/2 bananna
1 cup oatmeal, 1 5oz. chicken breast, 1 tbsp. flaxseed oil

Meal 2 : Protein Shake, 2 hardboiled eggs, 1/2 cup brocolli
add 1 tbsp. MCT oil to the mix and drop the eggs, increasing the amount of protein
Meal 3 : 2 skinless Chicken breasts, cup of non fat yogurt
drop the yogurt, add 2 cupps steamed veggies and 1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

Meal 4 : MetRx Bar, 6 oz or Tuna
drop the bar, unless it's crucial (work etc\....)...
1 can tuna w/ 1 tbsp. canola mayo 1 cup veggies


Meal 5 : Sammon Fillet, 1/2 cup of black beans, 1/2 cup soy beans
I like this meals (*fan of beans*) :)

Meal 6 : Protein Shake w/1 TSP peanut buter
add 15g fiber before bed...psyllium husk fiber is good

4-andro? w/ TEST?! why? and if so, do you have anti-estrogens that you are using? because you'll NEED them

keep the cardio as is, sound fine

4 day split:

day 2: Back, Hamstrings
day 3: Shoulders, Quads
day 4: Biceps and Triceps
day 5: repeat
day 6: repeat
day 7: off
take 2 days off instead of one
