Don't let them cut you, if you tear a little it'll be superficial and trust me you will NOT feel it! when it happens I tore a pinch, never even felt the stitches, they just used some topical spray stuff, done deal.

I luv you and all... but I have to disagree on this one. If you only rip a little no problem, but there is no telling how much or how uneven the rip can be. I was freaked when the doc pulled out those surgical scissors and told me, This won't hurt much... Now here I am in labor (no drugs) and he wants to cut my nani... wtf... LOL (my first child also with no damn Idea what was going on) Well... after the fact, I was really happy I was cut because I would have ripped quite a few inches if not and it would have been pretty hard to stitch.
