I just started on Testosterone Cypionate again this week.
I ran it for 9 weeks and did not feel like i did things right so I'm extending it another 10 weeks.
Stats:
Age-25
205lbs. I was 187lbs two months ago.

Monday 10/29/12
1cc
Right deltoid
I felt good a few hours later, shot was painless and no blood.

Is this your first cycle ?
where's your bodyfat % at bro ?
what dose are you running the test ?
Are you running an AI?
what have you got for PCT ?
am interested to hear happened during the first cycle that you feel you didnt do things right ...
 
This is my first cycle, I'm not sure about my bf bit i think it's about 18%-20 at the moment..i had ran my test like this..
Started at 300 for two weeks, went up to 400, then 500 for two weeks and back down.
But this time i will keep it at 400/week for 8 weeks then start dosing down.
For anti estrogen i have Arimidex which i ran for two weeks at 0.5 ml while i got hold of another set of cyp bottles
For pct i have HCG waiting.

The reason i feel like i could have gotten more out of my last tween weeks or so is because i worked out on average 3days/week and wasn't monitoring my did very well.

I did go from 187 lbs to 204
My arms went from 14.75" to 15.75"
My bench went from 165 to 220
My curls from 65 to 95.

Overall i felt great, like a fkkn God i would say. So now I'm back on again and expect to push myself harder and be more consistent.

I have to be brutally honest with you here bro...

your Bodyfat is too high for a guy that is putting on weight...you should be cutting and not gaining.
i cant stress it enough that your diet alone can do this...you really dont need to cycle until this has been addressed.
i dont know why you tapered your dose of test up and down.
research would have told you that hcg alone is not PCT ...more work needed here my friend.
how many years have you been lifting weights ?

in all honesty you should do pct now ,get your training and diet dialed in and and prepare a proper cycle in a few months time.
 
About my bf I'm not 100% I'm estimating, I've always been around 14% though and during my cycle i put on a lot of weight because i wasn't strict with my diet plus i was taking a high calorie protein.

I have been lifting for about 4 years now, I've been a trainer for about two years. So i mean i have a pretty solid knowledge on diet and nutrition i just didn't have the tome to cook.
Also, now i know that tapering isn't necessary, i jumped right on it this time.
What do you recommend i add to my AI and pct?

Theres perfect PCT's set up all over this board. You should know that, and you should have it before you start. You sound like you don't know what your doing and it kind of scares me. Not having time to cook is probably the lamest excuse I've ever heard. Take Columbios advice and drop everything and start a good PCT.

The way I'm taking everything was the was i was told by professional nutritionist, he suggested i Tapper up and down and the pct and ai.
And not cooking is not an excuse, it's one of the reasons
