d-bol-50mg ed week 1-4
winny 50 mg ed week 4-10
arimidex .5mg ed week 1-12(gonna take it post cycle with clomid)

any comments or suggestions...
also i have puffy nips and ive been taking arimidex for 2 weeks now and it has gone down just a little bit not where i want it to be. should i take some winny for 2 weeks before i start my cycle to see if the puffiness goes down.

Let me tweak that cycle a bit,

eq-400mg week 1-10
aratest-500mg week 1-10
d-bol-40mg ed week 1-6
winny 50 mg ed week 7-12
clomid weeks 14-17
arimidex .5mg ed week 1-16(gonna take it post cycle with clomid)

Winny prob wont help puffy nips, just stickwith arimidex throughout then once u hit winny at end ull be ok.

50mgs of dbol is on the high side and thats why you have puffy nips, say hello to gyno.

Start taking Nolvadex.

thx guys appreciate the input, i wanted to run the eq at 400 just ran out of money, the d-bols are the 50mg ones so thats why they are so high,

i have enough arimidex to run throughout the whole cycle at .5 mg a day, you still think i should stay away from the d-bol,

Thats the whole point of using an anti-aromatise like arimidex.

I would run the d-bol the first 4 weeks and then run the winny wks 5-12. Stop the winny when you start with the clomid. I like to take winny at least six weeks, but 8 if I can. If you can get any more eq bump it up to atleast 300 mg a wk.
