My cycle update

I was 5'6 162lbs at the start of my cycle only like 9-10% bf now a week in I'm at 170lbs most ll y dbol water I'm guessing but feeling great and here's my cycle

Test e 500mg week 1-12
Deca 300 week 1-10
Dbol 30mg ed day 1-25
S4 50mg week 1-12

What do u guys think sshould I run longer also first time running deca, this is my 3rd cycle so how much gain s are possible my highest weight reached on cycle was 180 then I cut Down to 162-163 kept all the strength :) also for pct I was thinking Clomid forma and unleashed

I've seen ppl weighing 190 at 6 feet here so me being just shy of 5'6 :) and being around 165

^^^ i'm your height bro and i'm 193 at 12% body fat (see my profile pic as this is what your goal should be over the next 3 years) so yes you can be our height and still put plenty of mass on and guys our height are cleaning up bb contests these days so don't use height as an excuse. but anyway on a test cycle you should of put on weight and not shredded if you are looking for mass. test is a very good mass gainer since it increases appetite and aggression. makes for an easy strength and mass builder.

you are still young so be a lil patient, you probably just have a fast metabolism.. only way to offset that is to eat more. have you checked out the bulker diet in my signature? on deca you should be eating like a horse.

also since you brung up deca i'm sure you are running anti-prolactin, an AI, and hcgenerate or hcg on it correct? test/deca/dbol is a pure bulker but if you do not run the proper ancillaries it will be a lot of water weight gain and you will crash hard coming off of that. also i hope you have a very good PCT lined up, the one you listed will work but you still need to kickstart things with some hcg and even HMG.. dont be going into pct with burned raisin nuts and expect a miracle
 
Yes I'm running prami as my ai as I learnt from the ef forums what would u recommend as pct that I add?

And ya I have looked at your diet I'm actually on that one right now :) ef is helping me tons hopefully I can make some good quality gains and keep them after

i would not run the sarms for 12 weeks.. maybe run it during pct or right after pct
 
dude, I'm 5'7 1/2" and I'm about 210 with 10%...see avatar. 160 is very small if you've already cycles 3 times...you are def. not eating enough...
 
That weight is not bad bro at your height. There are tons of jacked dudes in their 150s at your height with very low bodyfat. I'm 3 inches taller than you and only 166 in my avi pic. Everything should be relative to your specific goals and not everyone else's

as long as you got your prami and your AI.. the pct you have is fine.

but you still are missing either hcgenerate or hcg on cycle. and don't forget to kick with hcg.

you are learning from EF and that is awesome, that is what the board is here for. should be a good cycle, find some good buffets and hit them 2-3X per week. your goal is to gain mass and you will accomplish that if you eat and work your tail off in the gym.. lift big to get big.
