Started 5 weeks ago. No juice.

High Protein/Moderate Fat/Low Carb

Supplements:
Thermorexin 3 tabs/day
Liporexin 3 tabs/day
Glucorell-R 1/tab per meal (low amount because of low carbs)


Typical food for the day:
bfast : 3 eggs, sausage
mid morning : protein shake w/ water
lunch: chicken breast, ceaser salad
mid-afternoon: 1/2lb beef
supper: salmon patty, ceaser salad
snacks: pistachios or almonds

I've done no cardio during this whole time.

Starting weight: 256lbs
Current weight: 236lbs

My clothes are fitting wonderful!

very true. however my goals have changed alot. w/ my new job and night school, being "big" just isn't a priority. So I am just trying to maintain a lean healthy look. Plus at this point in life, losing muscle isn't a big deal anymore.
