My cutting diet - please critique

I'm 36 and so, compared to most on here I am an old ass bastard and it takes some serious effort to shed fat. I have 14mm of fat on my middle abs - belly button region - and the same amount under each ass cheek. This has to go before summer.

For the next weeks I am only going to eat this:

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs

During the day:
Grilled chicken breast with the following dressing on it for added fats.

Dressing: 1/2 mayonaise, 1/2 flax oil, teaspoon on spicy brown mustard.

Dinner:
Same grilled chicken breast, flax oil, mayo, on Romain lettuce.

Special supplements:
600mg Test/week with Arimidex
10mg Anavar/day
15 IUs GH/week


How does this look? Should I add a little T3 to this? If I add T3 to this will it permanantly screw me up? What else should I do? Remember, I am an old ass.
 
I'll be slightly below or at my caloric BMR. That's what all the fat will help in is getting my calories up on this diet.
 
Wow! Day 3. This is the easiest diet to stick to. I guess it's all the flax oil and other fats. Plus i never get tired of chicken.

I have added in an ECA stack with it right before my workout.
 
It does look like your not eating enough, but I guess if it works for you then who cares about my opionion. Good luck.
 
I'm a tiny girl and I eat more! Also, where are you getting your vitamins from? You're not eating any vegetables or nuts. Maybe you should take a multi-vitamin.
 
Oh, shit!! Sorry - I meant to put I was eating about 5 medium chicken breasts throughout the day, not just 2 as it looked like. Yeah, I would be starving myself if I only ate 2.

Here is my caloric breakdown - using today as an example:


Total: 2555 Protein: 140g Carbs: 2g Fat: 305g

Most of the fat comes from the flax oil.
