My cutting cycle

winstrol 50mg ed (350 week),Test suspenion 100mg ed (700mg week.for 60 days.Followed by a clen/proviron cycle I need advice on how to use the clen,proviron?

spiropent's are .02 mg or 20 mcg each. Start with 1 tab and increase dosage each day by one tab until you have reach your side effects threshhold (Usually cant sleep, sick stomach, head aces), then back off one tab and that will be your max daily dosage taken all at once in morning.

I would do the clen with the test and winny. Run the clen for 2 weeks/ then switch to NYC or ECA for 2 weeks then back to clen. Also run arimidex or liquidex to keep water off from suspension.

I have been on clen for 5 days now and have lost 7 pounds already with a really strict diet and cardio after lifting, stuff works great.
 
sounds like a good plan. i would take 50mg proviron ED then with the clen and i would throw in some T3 the last 5 weeks

Hey guys, Im a newbie and Im looking for the best advice possible...I dont want to write a huge post, but I figure as much info as possible will be best - - - I've been reading a lot of posts to obtain as much info as possible (so I dont ask the same questions that have already been discussed over again, but I apologize if I do anyway)....I'm 5', 110 lbs and female....I have a pretty nice body but am looking to get more definition in my abs - especially the lower abs/ tummy area and also my sides, inner/ outer thighs, and back of my arms. Most people would say Im fine, but as most people on this forum are, Im a perfectionist and want to look as hot as possible! So far, it looks like my best bet is to rotate 2 weeks clen/ 2 weeks NYC and apply Yohimburn DF as well....but Im not completely sure - I also have some questions...
-How long do you rotate the clen/ NYC and how long do the results last thereafter?
-I guess there are 2 kinds of fat - a and b? or white and brown??? Whats effected by doing this cutting cycle? b/c I dont want my chest to get smaller/ saggy and I dont want to loose my shapely butt....
-Many people have different opinions of clen and the effects and the different namebrands and countries that it originated from (I read msot people like Spiropent?), but my boyfriend says its all the same - he gave me Ventolase Clen from Spain....anyone know if I should try it?

God this is so discouraging....I figured since I dont actually have any weight to loose or anything that I would be off to a good start so I wouldnt have to go too far out of my way to be on a strict diet or do too much exercising...If I was 15 lbs overweight I'd have to do loads of cardio and go on a diet and do this cycle, but with no weight to loose and just want to make subtle improvements I still have to do that...I just want an easy way out :) Ok, well my boyfriend (actually ex) told me about an injection that you inject in the fat of your tummy and it only shrinks brown fat cells so my chest wont get smaller - do you know what hes talking about? And what about T3?
 
God put a price tag on everything, and the price of a toned, sexy body is exercise(mostly weight training, but cardio in moderation) and an impeccable diet. Start your research on diet, that is my suggestion, its 80% of the game IMHO. Good luck!-WULF
 
thanks...yeah I don't know much about that injection thing...I need to find a diet that is something I can stick to that works for me....where do I go to have someone write me a diet? A nutritionist? Also what about the whole fat difference thing? Are there different kinds of fat cells and are both or just one kind effected by these supplements (NYC, T3, Clen, etc)?
 
well he's my ex - and he doesnt think Im fat but he did spark this whole interest in me recently...but you're right, I dont need to loose weight - Im perfectly fine...so if someone who had to loose weight would benefit from a clen/ nyc rotation, used yohimburn, and did a lot of cardio and had a clean diet then why can't I benefit from a mostly clean diet, the same clen/nyc rotation and yohimburn use, and minor exercise and crunches? If I need less help then why do I need to do the same amount of work as a the other person???
