my cuting diet!

What about my new cuting diet ???

I'm 5'10' 185 lbs, 14% BF

meal 1
-2 slices of whole wheat bread with 4 slices of fat free kraft singles cheese
-3 eggs whites
-1 cup of skim milk
-1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil or flax oil

total calories=530
-protein- 43 grams
-carbs- 45 grams
-fat- 16 grams

meal 2
-1 scoop pf optimum whey mixed with 1 cup of skim milk
-1 tbs of flax oil or extra virgin olive oil

total calories=320
-protein- 30 grams
-carbs- 13 grams
-fat - 14 grams

meal 3
(you have 2 options)
option 1 :
-1 tuna sandwich mikes with fat free miracle whip
total calories for option 1=280
-protein-36 grams
-carbs-28 grams
-fat-4 grams

option 2 :
- 1 can of tuna or 1 chicken breast with 1 large salad with 1 tbs of fat free italian dressing.
total calories for option 2= 250 to 280
-protein- 35 grams
-carbs- 25 grams
-fat- 4 grams

meal 4
- 1 scoop of whey protein mixed with 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 teasppon of flax oil of extra virgin olive oil
total calories=265
-protein- 30 grams
-carbs- 13 grams
- fat - 7 grams

meal 5: (same as the options of meal 3)

meal 6: (same as meal 4)

total calories for the day : approx: 1950 calories

total protein for the day : approx : 210 grams

total carbs for the day : approx: 145 grams

total fat for the day : approx : 53 grams
 
I think overall this diet is Nice,stick to it ,see results, if anything drop a few carbs just in Meal 1 replace whole wheat bread with 1/2cup oatmeal and Meal 3 Option 1 change to Option 2....Overall seems good to,give it 4weeks to notice things if nothing drop those carbs and the fat free cheese and have 5egg whites............

looks good.
might want to drop the milk from the protein shakes..(i take it with water and mix in 1 pack of equal)..tastes the same...this will also help with lowering carbs.
