My completed cycle with all nformation included

Here is what I ran:

1-6 100mg Test prop ED
1-4 50MG Tren Ace ED
5 - 75mg Tren Ace ED
6 100MG Tren Ace ED

Here is what I noticed:
I had no sides from the tren at all. I got hot flashes here and there but no night sweats, insomnia, "roid rage" or anything like that. I get up at about 5:00am and hit the gym by 6:00am so by 8:00pm or so I was totally wiped out sleeping on the couch.

As far as cardio was concerned, I had no issues at all until I went up to 100mg ED. Then I had issues breathing and just felt like I couldn't go on.

I had an A+++ boner all of the time, test always works wonders for me that way.

TRAINING:

I did the Omega Project. You have no idea what a challenge this program is until you've tried it. Omega was great with everything. He designed the calorie intake, macros and specifically sets up a routine for you. If things aren't working or you need questions answered all you have to do is send him a PM and he'll take care of you.

FINAL RESULTS:

I put on 22 pounds in 6 weeks. I lost over 4% body fat but that was more from Omega than the tren.

MY OPINION:

I would have grown the exact same running 500mg test prop EOD. A lot of you guys think that more gear is better, I'm proof that it isn't.

I would never run tren again, as I feel I now know how to reduce body fat and grow muscle at the same time with the help of Omega.

Everyone has to understand that there are no shortcuts. You have to eat and train like it's your job if you want to make it.

I ran hcg on cycle so that helped a lot. 250iu's twice a week was much better than 500iu's once a week for me.

I am running:

Day 1-3 100mg Clomid
1-30 Sustain Alpha
1-30 Toco-8
1-30 Endo Amp
1-30 Unleashed

The Unleashed really works good for me. I used the same protocol last time, had blood work done and made a full recovery, so why screw with it?
 
Awesome job! 22 lbs in 6 weeks is crazy esp loosing bf too! Just started the omega project and it is killer! Everyone is missing out!

Sorry, I'm too paranoid for that. But it's funny, I can tell, but then again I can't. I'm so tall that muscle is very hard for me to build.

I just hope I can maintain at least 75% of it while going through PCT.

How tall are you?

I'm 6'2" and I know losing 4% BF and gaining 22 lbs would make me look like a monster compared to before.
 
no offense but 22lb in 6 weeks tells me you were no where near your natural limit.

None taken.

You have no idea how i'm built or any other factors. You have no idea how my diet was nor if I was doing any cardio. There are just too many factors that go into this. Not to mention that I am also 35 years old.

So me being at my natural limit has long gone. I'm not 22.

It is even great in twice as time of that. And since some fat is lost, lean gains must have been higher.

I find it hard to believe.
If this was possible , everybody would be competing pro in few cycles.

Height plays a factor here you guys.

6'5 is a huge frame, and 22 lbs on a huge frame doesnt give near the aesthetic boost that 10 lbs gives on someone that is 5'7.

for his frame, proportionally, someone who is 5'10 would have put on about 10 pounds.

It takes a lot more food and work to stock up a huge frame. 22 lbs is feesible with such a big guy.

If this was his first time taking this cycle and got these results that's not surprising. He won't continue to get that same result with subsequent cycles. Also he will most likely lose some of that post cycle.

The good news with Tren and good PCT, proper training and nutrition he'll keep most of it though. It's not unusual for the average bodybuilder who takes Tren for the 1st time for about 10 - 12 wks with the right training and diet can easily gain 20 lbs plus, but not everytime usually just the first.

Even still with many more Tren and Test cycles under my belt, I have ALWAYS gotten great results with Tren and Test.

5:00am - 3/4 Cup Oatmeal, 1 Whole Egg, 1 Cup Egg WHites, 1 Tbsp.
Natty PB.

6:00am - WORKOUT

7:00am - 2 cups grape W / creatine, glutamine peptides and Aminos

7:20am - Hydrowhey shake

9:00am - same as #1

1:00pm - 3/4 cup oats, 2 scoops whey

4:00pm - 8oz. Chicken, 1 Seving Brown Rice

5:30pm - 1 Cup Cottage Cheese

7:00pm - 10oz. Beef, salad.

10:00pm - 1 Cup Cottage Cheese

sometimes I would substitute salmon for the beef. Used lots of fish oils, milk thistle, cranberry extract, multi vitamins and vitamin c.

No. I looked like sh%t then and I look like less sh%t now. I'll never be satisfied.

The big thing is going to be getting through PCT with as much of the gains as possible. Omega was kind enough to lay everything out for me so we'll see how it goes. I just started today.

1-4 30mg dbol

Starting on 1/1/2009 - Kick off the new year right.

Miplank - If you're built like me the best advice I can give you is eat, my biggest problem after cycles has been not taking in enough calories, and too much cardio.

I am only dropping my calories down by 200 and am doing no cardio until 8 weeks after PCT. See if I can get more of the weight to stick.

I eat as much as I can..and I try to keep it all clean (though I do cheat occasionally)

I just got over the stomach flu, and lost 10-12 lbs, which really pissed me off.

Went from 225-227 to 215-217

Though, I attribute that to just coming off a PH cycle so I'm sure some of that was weight i was gonna loose anyways.

You could go snap a pic now...I'll wait :)
 
I have realized that you dont eat solid food for a long time after a workout. Is there a special reason for that??

Because I am at work and I usually go home for lunch, hence the long break.

I used to be super anal about eating every 3 hours but at the end of the day it didn't really matter much.
 
Great Fning work CT! We are pretty close too. I'm 6'4", 240 now at 10% bf. I just peaked at 240 so i don't plan on holding on to that for long since i start PCT next week. I'll be ecstatic to stay around 235 though the rest of 2008.

I want to do the omega project sometime in 09. I didn't know you were on it. I'm really looking forward to it.

Don't worry about the pics bro. Take some before your next cycle. If you feel comfortable posting them afterwards thats great, if not, thats fine too. Bask in the goodness of your progress.

For those skeptical about the progress, he did 700 mgs of test PROP each week coupled with a top notch diet and training program. That's a 1-2-3 punch that's going to shock the body into transformation, period.

Well, I think that this diet is kinda weak. No offense bro, but to put on 22lbs in 8 weeks and lose 4% BF, and on this kind of diet is hard to believe. Also, why would you not do tren again?? Your drop in BF% is because of the tren. If you did just a test prop cycle for 8 weeks, there is no way you would have had the results you claim with this kind of diet.
Post some pics. If your paranoid then just block out your face. Lets see it my friend. I am curious.

I never took any pics to begin with.

How would you change the diet?

I put on 22lbs in 6 weeks not 8.

No tren again because it didn't work well at all. Atleast I thought it didn't. Yes, the gear was real.
