With the new technologies I am involved in with our company it will make three of us responsible for nearly 30-40% of the total income of a 60 person company. Were I to quit they wouldn't be able to handle the workload and would be 1-2 years training a replacement at a minimum. Plus we got bought by a much larger company so that means more capital for equipment and facilities.

It's take it to the bank time.
