Arrive home from travels (check 6am)
Send out my Christmas cards (check 8am)
Shower (check 830am)
Bone the cleaning lady when she arrives at 9am (lie)
Go to the mall for early morning shop (10am)
Pick up my little friend and take him to the gym with me (noon)
Head down to the beach and help him cruise the chics (130-ish)
Get a massage (3-4)
Start laying out everything for the company Xmas party tomorrow (5-7)
Go to the movies (730-900)
Go out for drinks afterwards (930-1000)


The actual possibility that I will get all this done - 30%
The likehood I will spend the day on EliteFitness - 90%

My friend is the one going to DC. He is out of school now and I sometimes take him to the gym with me. I shameless use him for child labor to help my own workouts. He likes to help with forced negatives (him pushing the bar down hard on the descent) when I do some exercises.

I fucked up today...had a haircut booked for noon...but...slept until damn near 1!!!! I was up watching Pirates of the Carribean until around 3:30am, then was on the net til 5am. Damn the insomnia!!!! Now, since my hairdresser is booked solid until her Christmas holidays, I have to pray for a cancellation. If there aren't any, I can't get in until the 30th!!! I will look scruffy, dammit! Merry F'ing Christmas to me.
