just clean the fucking box daily and deal with it. My cat does his thing and walks away. I clean it up. Better yet, get the self cleaning system and avoid the smell. BTW, when I clean his box, I wear a mask aroound my face. I feel ya for the smell. But my cat doesn't mind my smell. Once last week, while I was taking a dump, my cat jumped on my shoulders and sat ther the entire time. That is dedication, I was in the middle of reading an article. He didn't complain

Have you tried switching litters? My sister's cats' litterbox is in her bathroom. Her female cat likes to make eye contact when she poops. She's a weird cat. She sleeping in the bathroom sink.

My cat is a boy cat & his poop don't stink. At least when he covers it up.

What is it w/ cats when you change out the litter?? He sits & looks at me like "and what do you think you're doing???". Then there's new clean nice smelling litter and 1 sec later he's in there dropping the kids off at the beach again. Not one complete minute w/o fresh poo in there.

My cat also doesn't like to be watched when he's doing his business.

He doesn't sleep in the sink tho.

It may hurt to get into the box. Some cats get arthritis. Try cutting the front out a little bit so she can walk into it.
