My Car trunk won't close!!!

I got up at 3:30am.. ealrier than usual for the gym.. and decided that i would go to the drug store first. i opened my trunk and when i went o close it.. the damn thing wouldnt close..

I crawled thru the back seat to the inside and tied the truck closed..(not very good) Anyone knows why a trunk decides all of a sudden not to close???

It's a saturn... any suggestions....

haha i always go that early.. 5 days a week and 7am on the weekends... my real concern is the bloody trunk

it sometimes happens when i try to fit in too many corpses of people i have to kill, because they pissed me off

theres this great dumpster behind Joe's that I sometimes go to, PM me and ill tell you where it is

check the latch switch. it may have thrown itself into the "closed" position by accident. repeated bashings against it will only damage it.

use a pencil or whatever to try and pop it open. or try to use the key to unlock it.

or go buy the service manual for your car and look it up. You *do* have the service manual for your car right? (c'mon u females!!)

Yes i do.. have the service manual.. but what ur saying is i should wait for a guy to come into work to fix it for me

There was probably an easier way of temporarily closing it then crawling into it and tying it closed too.. huh

I'll assume the latch on the trunk that hooks onto the 'tooth' on the body of the car seems to be bent forward, and misses the hook. You'll probably need to bend it back. Get some good pliers.

As for closing -- hey whatever works.
