"Dump the Milk." ??? I don't follow you buddy. Looks to me like you just told him to dump between 50-100g of the most effecient protein on the face of the planet from his diet and get some carbs instead. I fully agree w/ the oats, IMO a staple in a bulk phase, but, I'd just add them, not replace the milk w/ them.

Just eat a lot of pizza and cheesteaks you are BULKING, trust me.. If you wanna ever look like me in my pics you better do that.

doesnt look like you are eating enough for a bulking diet. carbs should consist of oatmeal, rice, potatoes, etc. protein...2 shakes and the most, chicken, beef, tuna, fish, etc. fat...peanut butter, flax seed oil, fish, etc. you need a lot more fat than that. stay away from that myoplex stuff. if you are gonna eat myoplex do it after you throw down a shit load of good complex carbs.

yeah along with about 200g of fat causing lactose, great majority of people CANT process lactose efficiently if glucose is present in the body, so one might ask what exactly happes to out beloved unprocessed lactose??? IT IS STORRED AS FAT, not to mension the gas you get from it

He did say skim milk; and skim milk is a great addition of carbs and protein in any bulk meal, a quality source of calories.

IF YOU WANT SERIOUS MASS

the first thing you need to do is not count a meal replacement as a meal, eat big everyday not just days you train! train heavy as fuck, dont go over 10 reps and go down to 4 or 5. high volume training is the best i think.you need to eat at LEAST 5 solid meals a day, then throw in MRP'S and shakes. go ahead and get a lil fat, drink a fuck load of water for strength, use CELL-TECH,and glutamine. eat trash, train balls out,and dont piss away your gains by going out all the time chasing tail.....and get at LEAST 8 hours a night, and if you can take an afternoon nap....if you do what i say, then youll be on your way.....p.s. train each bodypart only once per week(except calves)...eat--------->:bday:

I think you need to eat some more whole foods bro. It looks like you are relying too heavily on protein shakes.

criticism taken ...

Question: why are whole food sources of protein better than myoplex (casein slow release and whey fast and egg albumin) ... just a question. i agree whole foods are v important but i dont have te appetite to eat 4800 cals of whole foods! anhy suggestions ... btw i am on a cycle .. :) i know how to train thanks tho

bro.

When they beef up cattle they don't feed em myoplexes..

You need more whole grain sources (cottonseed, cottonhusks).

Whole food sources are digested more slowly and thus more efficiently than many of the MRP powders on the market. Most MRP's are whey and maltodextrin, bith of which digest very, very rapidly and are thus prime candidates for inefficient use. TYhere are times when the body can accomidate such a speedy influx of nutrients(first meal of the day, and post workout), but at most times the body has no need for such a surge of glucose and amino acids and they are often used improperly by the body. Now if Myoplex really does contain a mixture of protein sources that does change things(for the better), but I'm still guesing it's maltodextrin as the carb source. Whole food sources also contain vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients in combinations nature intended for optimal use. This often times goes overlooked, but many minerals have mineral counterparts that need to be consumed in certain ratios for optimal usage. Whole food is also better at stimulating metabolism via the thermic effect of food. It takes very little energy for the body to digest powders and liquids. Whole food, however, takes more to digest and there is an accompanying metabolic increase from this. You do need more whole foods. The on;y time you should use a shake is post training. At all other times whole foods would be better suited to do the job. You have to work to increase your appeteite. Slowly increase your food intake so that your stomach and GI tract can adapt to the increase in food bulk. Your diet looks pretty weak. It lacks carbs, essential fats, and valueble protein sorces as well as overall calories. If the goal is mass you have to eat for it. People often all too often underestimate the amount of food it takes to grow muscle tissue to the extremes at which we seek. This is why they never truely get massive...or in a lot of cases even grow period. Your appeteite will adjust you simply have to feed your body. Include more wholesome carbs and whole proiteins. Leave the shakes on the shelves for the feather weights who think it's the magic fairy dust that's going to make them Ronnie Coleman.

Duly noted.

I will be adding more fats and complex carb sources to my diet.

I am on a cycle and using this diet (4800 cals ED, 2 g protein / lb) Ive gained about 3-4 lbs a week with a more substantial gain (water, etc) in the first two weeks.

So I know the cals are enough at least. Any more feedback?

Thanks guys!

Your diet looks good, but I would eat a hell of alot more. I would always include some steak, grilled fish, more chicken, and you don't have to eat completely clean-your bulking up- If I were to eat your diet I would starve.
