Ok so Ive tried a few methods. Ranging from 8-10 weekers with moderate doses ie: 1200 mg total AS a week to longer cyccles with lower doses and with less harsh drugs such as primo var etc. I find that I respond very well my first 4-6 weeks then my gains taper off dramatically.
So heres my idea hit it up hard for 6 take 6-8 off and hit it real hard again for another 6.
Ex:
A-bombs 75 mg a day weeks 1-4
test-e 1.5 grams weeks 1-6 (i know i should probably use prop but thats a lot of oil unless I give proline a try)
EQ 600 weeks 1-6
Im sitting at about 230 now with abs visible but not really defined. been lifting hard for about 2 yrs. On and off before then but mainly on ex took a month of for vacation and a few off due to injuries. Im 22 and eat everything in site to get ample caloric intake.
