My bulking diet

I've started my 5 weeks bulking. I'm one of those that gain fat ultra fast If I start eating to much.

My stat's: 184cm(6"), 84.5kg(about 186lb).

Meal 1 - Breakfast
80g Oatmeal
1 banana
40g whey or 180g tuna or 150g meat
55g bread(made of rye)
------------------

Meal 2 - pre workout(non workout days this is still my meal 2)

60g bread(made of rye)
30g Whey
-------------------

Meal 3 - Post Workout

100g Gainer(68g High GI carbs, 24g protein, 2g fat)
40g whey or 180g tuna
------------------

Meal 4

120g Parboiled Rice
250g chicken, 250g meat or 250g white fish
------------------

Meal 5

110g rye bread
200g white fish or tuna
------------------

Meal 6

same as meal 4
------------------

Meal 7

200g white fish or tuna
1 small apple, and some tomatoes
------------------

Meal 8

250g chicken or 250g red meat


This will give me about 300g protein and a total of 3300-3500cals. It may not sound much, but I think this might be good for me not putting on to much fat.

I do morning cardio 4 times per week before breakfast(with ECA before I walk)

I eat like thin sun-thu, then on friday and saturday I will eat a bit more fat and some more carbs.
What do you say?
 
The diet looks pretty good from what i can see.

Just a couple of things.

What is your body weight and bf%?

I think the eca and AM cardio could be optional. Remember, you're bulking for five weeks. If you're worried about putting on too much fat, drop the cals a small bit.

BW 186lb, Bf don't really know, but I can see my abs, still some estrogen fat, will probably add some yohimbine HCL I have with DMSO so maybe it helps.
