I have a friend who lost his testicles to cancer. He is now perscribed 200mg or deptestosterone every 14 days. He wants to know how much he should use if he wants to build muslce and what he can stack with it. I guess this is what, test cyp? He is not a beginner lifter but is not that muscular either. Must be the low levels of T that he has had for a long time. The Docs didnt want to supplement his Test levels until his cancer was out under control for fear of it spreading.

Ok, so now he wants a good cycle. He also has Nalvodex and wants to know if he should use that to.

Damn, can you believe this fucking situation. He is slated to get implants soon, but as of right now he has empty nut sacs!

Should he double his dosage of cyp to 200mg/7 days? How about adding deca or primo? What do you guys think?

Thanks,
itnevertoolate, and no it aint me using the ol' "my friend..."

Any good basic cycle will be helpful to him as will a higher dose of Cypo. Also, he will enjoy reading the new book CME -- please send him here:

He will need to protect against gyno like anyone else.

Can I ask you another question then: Does he need to worry about cycling? I know about receptor downgrade, but since he has such low levels to begin with and since he doesnt have to worry about interrupting his natural testicular axis, maybe no cycle?

I think he should look into another doctor who can get him on a fixed level and then he can add from there based on his choice. I think he should look at an HRT specialist as it looks like his doc doesn't have a clue as to what the normal levels should be. Once he is settled in at a good level, like I said he could supplement that but get it stable first and no he won't need to cycle the HRT stuff if he is getting the right ancillaries and monitoring his health.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies. I have been off the site for a bit. My friend is in his late 30's.

Why do you say that his doc doesnt know what he is doing? I know that they run blood on him pretty freqeuently and take his levels of bioavailable test. I think his levels are generally around 600ng/dl. I have been trying to do some research on what is normal and the normal range seems really big! Most labs report is as between 300-1100 ng/dl. That seems strange to me. Anyone know about this?

In terms of the cycling, I didnt mean with the base dosage of T for HRT, but I meant anything he adds to the top. Will he need to cycle that?

thanks for the info guys!

Why does 300-1100 seem strange? That is the normal range. I know, it seems wide.

They may have said the doc doesn't know what he is doing because he didn't want to supp his doses yet. I would be concered about the cancer if i was going to go too high with my cycle, just because he is predispositioned to getting cancer.

As far as cycling...he would only need to do it to give his body a rest from the high doses. He obviosly desn't need to wory about recovery.
