my bridge results (so far)

I've been on 20mgs/day ** anavar for about 3 weeks now. Before I started the bridge I was on clomid for 19 days. Since I finished my last cycle, I've lost 10 lbs. I only gained 15. In my opinion, bridging is not worth it. The only bright side is that my was able to maintain most of my strength.

just my opinion.
 
i thought you were supposed to start bridging right after your cycle stops.. and continue through the clomid??

did you take creatine with the var?
 
I heard that you are supposed to do clomid therapy b4 starting the bridge. No, I didn't take creatine. I figured 20mgs a day (the doctor recommended dosage) would at the very least keep me from loosing weight. Unless my anavar is bunk.
 
30mgs/day d-bol first 4-weeks
900 mgs test 10 weeks
400 mgs eq 10 weeks
75mgs fina/day last 5 weeks

and I ate lots of protein
 
holy shit.. you took all that and only gained 15 lbs.. are you a mutant or what?

i know that creatine is extremely highly very etc etc recommended with var..

how much longer are you going to bridge for?
 
I've been loosing ever since I quit the cycle. During clomid and during anavar.

I gained about 15lbs while on the cycle. 238 to 253. Now I'm down to 243.

I've got about 4-5 more weeks on the anavar. I've done a few cycles and now I can only gain about 15 lbs per cycle. The test I was using was T-400 and T-200. I really wasn't too impressed with the results from the T-400.

900 mg test? which ones were you taking? How tall are you and how much bf do you have? I'd think you'd have gained more than 15 on all that stuff.(no flame)
 
So what the way to go with bridging? During clomid or after? Bridging with 40 Ox now for 8 weeks and started it at the end of my cycle befor the clomid was running it 40mg the last 4 weeks of cycle 20 twice a day (Had extra). Now bridging 40mg all in the morning.

2ml of T-400/week

witht his cycle you should have gained a bit more then 15lb, i bet the culpret was your nutrition, simply eating lots of protein is not going to cut it, you have to make sure to take in AT LEAST 4000cals/day, and thats a bare minimum, i shoot for 7000cals
 
I hear ya bro. i have a friend that juiced on and off for 5-7 years and every cycle he did towards the end he could not gain more then 15 pounds unless he really pushed the test over 1000mg a week which he did not want to and didn't. As fat as the amount you lost since the cycle was over, 10 pounds seems like a lot especially with the fact that you were using clomid and then bridging. However everyone is different and you do the best you can. good luck and listen, try taking the creatine with the var and let us know if it makes a difference.
 
just a quick comment.. if you have only retained 5 lbs so far.. and you aren't gonna gain anything.. why don't you just call it a loss and keep the remainding var.. get a little more for after your next cycle.. and try it again after your next cycle.. but with the addition of creatine..

my thoughts exactly,,when i am noticing that i am not gaining anymore from whatever substance i use i will stop taking it and hold on til my receptors are clean again, plus you save money$$$$$
 
serge, liquid, you are probably right. I never count calories just protein. Also, now that I think about it, I have slacked of on the protein intake since I quit.
I'm going to continue the anavar for the next 4 weeks (and re-evaluate my diet) and then start my next cycle.

bro, when you are bulking its not that hard, just make sure you eat 5 meal per day, make each meal 1000cals, if you cant take it in all with clean foods then throw in some ice-cream and burgers, i like pop-tarts personally, i guarantee you will see much much better progress next time
 
It sounds like maybe you have used so much gear that your receptor site density is really low. I can't imagine gaining only 15 lbs and then losing 2/3rd's of it already. Maybe you should consider a taking a break, really get your diet in gear- ie find out what your maintenance calories are and then exceed that by at least 500cals when trying to gain weight. Once you start to make gains again without gear, then you should be ready bro.
