I`m a pre newb myself but 250 is rather small amount. How old are you?

That`s light all the way around IM(newbie)O.

How many have you done so far?

I`m thinking 4-500 for a first.
 
250 mg/wk is not too little. I'd say it is a great conservative 1st timer cycle. I wouldn't even bother with the dbol bro. Too dangerous, too bad of sides, to much bloat, and you really don't need it to "tighten up".

This will be my 3rd cycle upcoming and I'm only doing 250 mg test every 5 days.
 
im 32 IM not looking to contest just "tighten up" I know cycling for "fun" is the best thing to do but drinking and smoking isnt either, just want a little winter boost without risking any real health problems.

Do you really need it?
Almost anything you gain with the dbol will be water retention. You'll lose the dbol gain quickly. (plus if you're 32 watch it eat away your hairline).

Most people use bdol to 'jumpstart' their cycles while they are waiting for the test to kick in.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my money on it.

I already had the d-bol---using nizoral, polysorbate 80, spiro, xandrox.

Anyways, if you already have it then why ask?:)

Throw it into the mix. Bigdawg was correct in that be sure to use Liquidex/Arimidex, etc. but it will not stop all the bloat, only some of it.

I'd still stick with 250mg/wk sust. Some people get the same benefits from 250 as they do 500 wk, plus less risks & cheaper. You don't know how your body will react and your receptors are fresh since it's your 1st cycle. Take advatage of that.

I moved them to the Anabolic board.
 
In my opinion you can change that a little and probably be better off. I like conservative cycles and low doses, so I am on board with you in general. I might suggest a tweak like this:
  • Sust250 E5D wks 1-8 (or just250mg)
  • Hcg 500iu 6 days wk9
  • PCT with Clo & Aveena etc...
  • Nolva on hand just in case, but you probably wont need
  • Leave out ldex until you need it
  • IMO you wont need ldex on 250mg a week for sure
  • I would skip the dbol with the 500mg of test for now
  • Evaluate gains and recovery & plan next cycle (if any)
  • With diet and cardio you can offset bloat issues -usually
  • I would add Dbol if you were only using 250mg of test.
  • 30mg daily for wks1-4 (10mg 3x a day with meals)

I hope my suggestions help a little. I think you are more likely to have recovery issues on cycles over 8 weeks. So to me the shorter cycle is a better option.
 
My first ever 'cycle' was 6 amps of Omnadren 250...worked just fine. I think people do higher doses than they have to far to early on.

exactly.

Plus people have to keep increasing the doses with each future cycle, so it makes hella sense to start low and work up instead of having to do a gram per week on your 2nd because you started your first cycle so highly.

Me too, sorry bro you should know exactly what is right for you. If you went 25 weeks, you must know what you are doing already.
