my body isn't producing testosterone (clean)

work with your doc to see if you can restore your natural T before going on replacement therapy. study up on PCT protocols used for coming off a steroid cycle, the same thing holds true to restore natural T. look into things like HCG and anti-estrogens: clomid, arimdex, etc.

it is causing some problems with my body (slight gyno, sensitive nipples, no sex drive or energy).

This sounds quite a bit to me like high aromitase/Estradiol symptoms(which I have battled on and off myself since I was a teen),hence my original advice is what I would stick with.Consider using an aromitase inhibtor to get your T/E levels back in line.

Hey bro, I was in the same boat, although I have used gear for the past 5 or so years, just came off a while ago, went to the doc, and he gave me a script for testim appy one tube per day 50mg test per tube, I have no idea if it will work although I am giving it a try ED until my next cycle which will be a bitchload of test some deca and some a-drol,hcg thid time too, good luck bro

Have you noticed anything else going on? Like no sex drive or small testes? Are you stressed out a lot? What's going on?
I would guess if your test is that low that the Doc is going to pump you with more test. Would make sense to me unless he wants to do more test to figure out exactly what is going on.
I would fix this right away because you might run in to some major man-hood problems in the near future

Hey bro, did your urologist check if you may have klinefelter syndrome? I am NOT saying you have that, you may have some syptoms of that, they can do a test to check, that's what my doc did for me, I displayed a few of the signs of klinefelter syndrome, but it was determined that I didn't have it. Although I didn't tell him I juice, he just thinks it's odd my test is fucked up, he probuly knows though he asked me what supplements I take when I work out....maybe something to look into, good luck

yes, no sex drive for the past year. i can perform but i never have the desire to. I am irritable, tired all of the time, depressed. i edited an above post also. i have all of the symptoms of low testosterone. i only have to wait until monday.

i don't know if an estrogen-blocker would work. my T is almost non-existant. i need something to boost it I think.

Seriously, you need to pump some test in bro. Treatment for low testosterone, more testosterone. The problem with conventional medical therapy, such as testim or androgel, it's just not a good mode of administration. It's the easiest and safest mode for patients, Doctors simply don't feel comfortable prescribing injectable test to their patients.

what medication did he prescribe you (not the gel, the stuff you're supposed to take for another 3-4 months)

I think you might have Klinefelter's also. You said you have always been skinny and can't put on muscle when you work out. This is a possible Klinefelter syndrome problem but only genetic testing will tell for sure.

One thing you could try is human chorionic gonadotropin, commonly called Hcg, and see if your test levels come up. If they do you might have a pituitary problem. If test levels increase with Hcg then your pituitary isn't producing enough Lh, luteinizing hormone.
