im not on a cylce and have not been for 6 months, i have very high calcium levels, what should i do to get them down>>??????

this is very important because unless im perfect, i cant get the job??

You need phosphorus. Our bodies need a 1:1 ratio of P and Ca. If you take in more P, your body will have to come up with Ca to equal out the ratio. Don't go overboard with the P. Look up the RDA for your age and weight, I don't have any suggestions with how much excess you should take.
 
Taking magnesium might help. Calcium and magnesium exist in a seesaw balance.

I am wondering how high is "high" for you. Several things can elevate calcium levels in the serum : hypervitminosis D (excess vitamin D), hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, and carcinoma metastatic to the bone.
 
Your phos level could be to high from protein and cola drinks in relation to your calcium, in that case your body will leach calcium from the bones into the blood. This will often result in an elevated Calcium reading. Try cutting down on colas and increase you calcium intake.:p
