My black friday nightmare

I worked at toys r us for black friday a few years back and NEVER AGAIN. those people are so ungreatful its not funny. i was the guy that ran his ass off getting those big ass power wheels, bikes, play houses and then i bring out the big ass box and have to put it in your car just to find out you brought the smallest freegin car you own just to piss me off and i have to miracle fit it into the car. or tie it to your roof which we werent supposed to but i did anyway and the cheap bastards DONT FREEGIN TIP. i tell you, i will never shop on black friday ever. those people are unbelievable. i saw old ladies literaly fighting over the last elmo toy on the shelf. then they were offering each other to buy it from them. this is as they were still in the store and nobody bought it yet. ruthless...........

i almost walked out but stubborn me i cant quit. but i did the next day... i felt bad, they were short handed as it was. we hold these hand held devices that beep and tell us what item was purchased and needs to be brought up to the front to the peoples car. that damn thing never stopped beeping.

I used to work retail for extra money at Christmas myself.....gotta love the weirdos during the holidays!!

One lady wanted to return something & had a receipt but the imprint of the CC couldn't fully be read - this was before they were electronic - it was the old thing where you put the card in + the receipt & pressed the handle to imprint the card. Anyway I asked her for her card to process the return (it was a MC or Visa not the store card) & she didn't have it so I couldn't do the return. So she started screaming at me that I wasn't doing the return on purpose just to torture her. Uhhhhh yeah!! Idiots!!

I go in to work in a couple hours. I work part time at a home decor type retail place in the mall. I'm just glad I didn't have to open and witness the havoc that I'm sure ensued. I'm still expecting it to be pretty insane but at least it'll make the day go by faster

im still chillin at home. but i have to go to walmart to get a new battery for my car. talk about bad timing. its just an exchange but i know its freegin hell in there.

We're having a hard time getting enthusiastic over it ... we've had parents die two years running and now they're all gone. Cash looks like a great gift this year.
