Ok, heres my story, I've never done gear before, I just got shoulder surgery the other day, estimated time before i can lift is 3-4 months, and can run and do serious cardio in 6 weeks. 20 yo, 170 lbs, 7% bf. Lifting 5 yrs. On june 1 I need to be in the best shape of my life (strength and cardio)and drug FREE. From feb - march 5th or so I'll be drug tested at random, so gears out during that time as well. I feel sort of optionless for any decent cycle, but heres my plan right now;

Mid Nov - End of Dec 2week clen/2week eca cycle (anticipating some fat gain over next 6 weeks w/no exersize, and a needed "push" to get back into cardio = clen)
Jan - March 10 - ECA just for workout energy, not fatloss
Feb 28th - March 3 - clen just for an athletic comp.
March 10 - May 4 - 8 weeks anavar @ 60mg/ed w/creatine, and ECA before workouts
May 4 - 11 - 1 week clomid (just to be safe) with some Clen for some extreme cardio
May 11 - June 1st - clean

What do you all think? Before you say dbol, deca, or winny remember drug test and serious joint problems. I figure this is my best shot at being both as strong as possible and aerobically fit as possible. I didnt think it would be good to take clen at same time as the var because i want to gain as much strength as possible during that time, and will focus on the cardio a lot more before and after, while just maintaining cardio during the cycle. As far is strength is concerned im talking 200 pushups, not 500lb bench. Well, I'd appreciate any advice, help, or even well intentioned critisizm. Thanks.
 
this is true, no squats or anything with weight on the shoulders, but leg press, ext, curl, sure. Its still only 1 day/wk and i dont think that it really merits and gear use right now.
