Damn I take a shity picture. My girl took this about 2wks ago. I'll post the "after" pics in a few months when I'm done.
My stats when those pics were taken are:
30yrs
5'10"
230lbs
BF in the area of 7-9%

Since I'm downloading pics heres a few that may make some of the bros drool. They're part of my up coming cycle alomg with Dbol, Omnadren, EQ and Winstrol.

I'm look'n forward to the after pics also.
I just started it about week and half ago it looks like this:

wks 1-10 Dbol 30-40mg a day
wks 1-14 EQ 150mg every 3rd day
wks 2-17 Omnadren 250mg every 3rd day
wks 17-25 Winstrol 50mg ed
wks 1-25 HGH 3ius 5 days on 2 off

If I can find 2-5 more bricks I'll be in business, sittin on only 3 right now. I'm pissed for parting with 2 of them for a friend...hey what are friends for

Oh I agree with you. What I said was the lady at my gym took the measurments and she said it was 4% and figured it was low but I wasn't going to complain. Thats like a chic telling you youre sexy and you then disgreeing with her...not happening.

I hope my after pics are something to write home about. After looking at the ones I posted man they sucked! I think I used a narrow lens on the camera... yeh right!

solid arms especially forearms..hit the quads hard with some heavy squats especially while your on add some back width..overall looking good
 
i heard its best if you dont stop the gh. you're 5 days on 2 days off. it might be best if you just did it ed. well thats what my trainers says. and hes pretty impressive
 
I would agree with most comments here on your physique. Your arms and shoulders are very good, Chest is pretty good as well, you see a good line and sweep with your arms up, so it's good to go. Very solid there.

Now to the Negatives.

You need to add 2 things to make your package look complete.

LEGS.

Your legs look ok. The're not small by any means, just not very detailed, now this could be just in how you pose. But a little more size and detail in the quads will go a long way.

LATS.

Concentrate on those, and i imagine it's hard for you to build them because by the looks of your physique the shoulders and arms would have a tendentcy to take over the movement, so it will take some time experinmenting to get a "feel" for your lats.

But there you have it, bring up the lats and quads and you're set. Congratulations on you achievement. :)

You hit the nail on the head with your "lat" advice. People listen up this boy apparently knows his shit. It seems almost impossible for me to build wide lats. Believe me..I'll never give up the fight though, I wish I had some good ideas of what steps to take it the future to get a wide back and bust'm outa their shell. I concentrate more on movements like pull-ups, wide and close grip pull downs, seated rows and heavy bent over rows. 5-6 sets for each exercise reps are 12,11,10/9,8 & 5...My wkouts usually last 1:15 to 1:30. I've started training at least 6 days a week. I know thats a lot but I hate missing a day in the gym. My week looks like this Sun/ legs & abs, Mon/chest, Tues/back, Wed/tri's & traps, Thurs/bi's & abs Friday/ shoulders, Sat/ rest. I just started the throwing in abs and saving legs for my Sunday workouts so I can take my time(2hours) to train. I wish my back was wide as it is thick. How the hell do I do back exercises and keep the emphasis OFF my arms and lift more with my lats I've exhausted all my ideas...anyone?

My legs build fairly fast when I put in the time and stay focused...Game ON!

I have the same problem with lats. I try to focus on them in all my movements, but it seems that my biceps take over and my back doesn't get that good of a workout. The only thing that would help me feel those muscles working was to do slow negatives on pull-ups and any rowing exercise. Give it a shot. Anyone else with advice?
 
Big guns bro! Looking solid. If you work on dropping your bf a bit and decrease your waist size you'll look a lot wider in the lats. Optical illusion and all that. I would definatly concentrate on weighted chin ups, really concentrating on contracting those lats as you start to pull up. I find a wider grip helps with this.
And damn, i wish my fucking legs looked like that, whys everyone dissing your wheels bro?!!!! They might lack a bit of definition but i think they are fine size wise.

I'm a trainer and i encoutered this many times. Some people have dominating body parts that always seem to take over. The back issue is something i have dealt with specifically. The key here will be to get used to thinking about your arms as a "hinge" to a movement. In the case of a pull up or a bent over row i would suggest using hooks (wrist straps with metal hooks) to give you the ability to "relax" your arms and forearms as much as possible during back exercises. This will enable you to take your arms out of action as much as possible and pull dominantly with the back muscles. Start with a very slow tempo and fingers relaxed around the bars as much as possible and teach your CNS to fire only the back muscles instead of the limbs. It takes a little while but it will work.

when doing any back exercise the key is to pull through the elbows..when doing bb rows make sure you contract your shoulder blades otherwise your just using your arms (which most people do)..when i first started lifting my bi's got more pumped than my back now although they do get hit i get almost no pump in them..
