I would like to apologize to the entire Elite Fitness community. My bastard son, Whity Ford, has been trolling your boards for some time now and it is with deep regret that I stand before you and extend my most humble apologizes.
You see, he was a test tube baby. One day during his incubation period some of the laboratory assistants started a game of "Toss The Test Tube", and, well, one thing led to another and his little glass womb ended up taking a few unexpected bumps.
So here we are, modern day America and my in-utero challenged child is disgracing the family name. Hell, he couldn't even spell the name right when he signed up for this site.
So please, be gentle with him. If those lab assistants hadn't dropped his tube a few times he may have turned out a little better. But for now he does the best he can with his remedial reading classes and I have to admit, he looks almost adorable chasing the little yellow school bus down the street every morning.
So, to the entire community I once again ask for your forgiveness. If I'd only shot my load into a Kleenex instead of a plastic contains, this all might have been avoided.
Sincerely,
Whitey Ford.

Whitey Ford was the "money pitcher" on the staff of the great Yankee teams of the 1950s and early 1960s. The wily southpaw's lifetime record of 236-106 gives him the best winning percentage (.690) of any 20th century pitcher. He paced the American League in victories three times, and in ERA and shutouts twice. The 1961 Cy Young Award winner still holds many World Series records, including most wins (10), most consecutive scoreless innings (33) and most strikeouts (94).
