I rushed the injection and squirted the shit in too fast. I could tell right after I took the needle out that I was going to pay for it. Sure enough, I woke up this morning with a stiff left leg. It was a painful stuggle just to get my socks on!

My point: Don't rush your injections. Take 30 seconds per cc.

Thank God I only have to walk the stairs at work twice in a day...

Probably because my last few injects have been realtively pain free and I got careless. Sometimes I need a reminder...

I've been getting a bit of scar tissue so I moved around more to the front to get a fresh patch so it's closer to being in my hip than in my ass and I think that's making it even worse.

If I get sust inject pain, it lasts for 3 days. If it were enethate or something else it probably wouldn't hurt like this.
