I make sure to get at least 400-450 grams of protein/day (constantly increasing that number -2g/lb), and I'm doing DC training. Un-fucking-believable how well it's working! And, I was previously at a plateau for over a year. I'm 220 now, and at this rate I'll be over 300 lbs in a couple years. LOL...I don't think I'll take it that far. Probably get up to 275-285 and hold that for 2-3 years, then take it down to a nice, lean 250 around 8-9%bf. That's the goal anyway. So far I'm doing great.
