well first i would like to ask this.. WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU GET 50 MG ANAVAR TABLETS FROM? The only thing I can ever get are either 5 or 10 mg. I know that you said they were legit, but the fact that they are 50 mg makes me think other wise.
And to answer your question about dosing times. Anavar, like most orals has a relatively short half life (6-8 hours) so you would want to split the dosages up 2-4 times a day if possible.

it all is going to come down to your diet and training... i will tell you this... if your training and diet is spot on, anavar can have some really nice fucking benefits... its up to you but if you make the most of it, you can get nice gains from it... especially the type that you are looking for...
