well i got awsome gains for the first 4 weeks (8lbs and drop in bf) but then the gains stopped. its week 6 and im thinking of changing my diet. i was on a lean bulk diet for muscle gain, but now since im not getting any more poundage, lol im thinking of changing the diet to a leaning up diet for the last 2 weeks. what do you guys think??
i might run my var cycles like this from now on ( lean bulk diet for the first 4 weeks, then lean up diet for then next 4 weeks.) any comments on this??
once i stop the var, will i remain hard if diet and workouts are still in place??
