My Advice for Anyone 21 and Under

Ok, before i start this, PLEASE DONT BUMP THIS TO THE CHAT SECTION, because i started a thread a few days ago and when t got bumped i got a temp ban for what i felt was standing up for myself. But this thread isnt to address that. This tread, as the heading states is self explanatory, so here we go...

To all people 21 and under. Im tired of you all posting about runnig this and that cycle, an how you dont care what anyone says to you, because youve made up your mind. If you cant take the advice given by experience people, and in my opinion advice you ASKED for, then stop posting. If youre that damned determined to do what you want, then go do your own research on other sites. Theres plenty of good websites that will educate you about what youre trying to do. I feel that youre being lazy in the first place by not doing a sufficient amount of research before even posting on here. But if youre gonna post, then have an open mind and LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU!!! I know you believe that you know whats best for your body, and that may be true if youre talking about your diet or training, but not when it comes to AAS. Most of you dont even have a clue what a PCT is, or an AI, or progesterine or prolactin. All you know is some big ass guy you know said take this. Well guess what, he probably doesnt know what hes doin either. If he cant tell you why to take it and what to take with it to stay healthy, then why listen to him? Would you buy a car from someone who just said, "hey, itll go fast" ? If you would, youre stupid. Now i know there are some of you who have done your research and just honestly dont want to wait until youre past your genetic peak. And i can understand that, because i did my first cycle at 22. But in my defense, i did about 4 years of research before taking it. And guess what, i STILL didnt know as much as i should. So please listen to me and the other vets when we tell you things, because whether you wanna believe it or not, WE CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. If we didnt, we'd just tell you to take whatever and hope for the best. But please stop asking for advice and then throwin back in our face that youre gonna do it anyway. Because that just makes both of us waste our time with you when we could be helping someone who will actually listen. And as for those other people who just take whatever and theyre huge to you and you say theyre fine...did you ever stop to think that maybe their problems may not be visible to the eye. Some health issues arent physically noticiable. And have you also ever thought that maybe if these people know theyre screwing up that they might not wanna say anything to you because they dont wanna look like dumbasses? Im just tryin to give you young guys some food for your minds. And keep in mind that im 24. So im not in my 30's tellin you this. Im just like most of you guys that make these posts. The difference is, that im mature enough to listen when given good advice, and i know that i dont know everything. And lastly, QUIT BEING LAZY WHEN IT COMES TO DIET AND TRAINING!!! Get your diet and training correct and then worry about AAS. You should be able to take your body to sub 6% naturally before you even think about AAS. And you need to be able to bulk correctly also. I hope this warning is heeded. And if not, best of luck to you and get a good insurance because gyno surgery isnt cheap
 
A: Nobody likes to be lectured. B: Break up your paragraphs. It makes for easier reading.

Other than that, you make some very good points. But they don't do any good if no one hears them.

Yeah...unfortunately until it's made a rule to swipe your driver's license upon signing up, it'll never change (even then it could be dishonest). The most we can hope for is that they take our advice and criticism - some do, like 1 in 15..
 
I'm 22 and I've had the big mate make me do a blood test, told me take so much of a hgh and instead of my average 1-3kg a month it'll increase me to 3-5kg a month muscle gain.
I came here for more advice and got it, I have one who says do this, and a bunch of people who've done same as him for just as long telling me to wait, and as a 22 year old by god that increase on a cycle he suggested sounds good by I came here for a reason and my choice now is to withhold starting or even doing the cycle.

So A. Not every young male here takes crititism and advice negatively, and
B. Agreed if your mind is made up why ask, and if your not open to listen to the advice from experienced people who've been there done and do it, then why bother wasting your or their time?

I didn't get asked any details on what how much why or anything which was a touch disapointing I got No's stright out, stick with food(dietry) which one way or another it's going to mean no I shouldn't, a disscussion so I could explore it would be nice but still, okay okay
Simpley I asked, I got the answer, more no's then yes's informed or unformed on the advice it's still advice I asked and take in.

And

So disagree.
A. I love being lectured and crititisied, why? I can learn more, and use it to better myself, routines and get to my goals quickly effectively and without "bumps"

B. Yeah agree with that I scimmed alittle just seemed to long, paragraphs split make it easier and eyes intact :)

Well, i wast talking about every single person, just the majority. Bc if read my whole post, i said that I too was one of those guys bc i did my first one at 22. So im glad yore not like the majority, but the sad truth is most ppl are
 
Guys, i know i messed up grammatically with the paragraphs and im sorry. That drives me nuts too as im a sticler for grammar and puncuation. But please excuse me bc im using an iphone app and im so used to txting on it that i forget this site is from an actual computer lol. Ive never even looked at EF on a desktop, just my iphone

Yeah I read that part about you being 22 on your first cycle, like I say yous have been there and done that, got the experience, certainly with you, my generation can be rather narrow minded, but aye, I was brought up old fashioned Aussie country kid lol i wasn't allowed to back chat the experienced and if I did I best be backing it or atleast being able to run faster hahaha! Good ol' days lol anyway yeah all of us ain't narrowminded.

Yea, i was raised to respect people until disrespected. Kind of, a dont give any shit but dont take any either attitude. Sometimes its a double-edged sword though
 
6% bf wtf that's genuinly low like a legit 6% is hard to get to especially depending on individual why would that matter lol as long as around 15% should be fine.

and PS. if a mod bullies you or bans you and you don't agree take it up with needto or an admin.. they are not supposed to do any of that and if they do they will be dealt with. instead of fighting back in a thread do that first just for future reference :) also post threads related to AAS in the AAS section, if they are about supps they will be moved to supps, if they are about lifting they will be moved to lifting, and if they are general chat type threads they will be moved to chat.

I did that Steve. I got ahold of Needto and he took care of it for me. He told me to stay out of the chat board from now though. Thats why i would rather this thread not be moved. We have a good discussion goin on and i still wanna post on it lol

6% bodyfat natural is bullshit. I'd have to starve myself and even then, I think I'd be hospitalized before hitting 6% naturally. We all have different genetic makeup. I do agree that you get to a low bodyfat first. Low as in 10%. Maybe even 12% if trying to recomp. But 6% is just out of control.

I started at 19 years old. Most people I know who usee start around that age, 19, 20, 21. Lots of kids 17 even take prohormones like beastdrol bcause "I'm not on steroids" even though they are.

I agree everyones different. But i personally know that i got that lean naturally, and by naturally i mean true naturally, all except for NO Shotgun. But i knew that if i didnt do it naturally, that id rely on steroids to do everything for me. Mine was more of a mental thing. And im just curious where we got to talkin about bodyfat? Maybe i missed it somewhere?

An actually Conan, i got to 4.5% naturally. I didnt stop at 6. And i started at 25%. Ive also got the bodyfat paperwork to prove it
 
I eat alot of carbs and natural sugers from fruits and suck, once a week I do a 5km jog with 30kg pack and a 400-500m swim at the beach when it's warm enough lol fuitge clothes on swim and the jog goes up hill down hill and through sand, so it's difficult but that's all the cardio besides 10-15 min llow intensity run for my warm up is all my cardio, and for 5km run it's sometimes once a fortnight at the least, 2-4 times a month simply and swimming depends on weather and what day, so my cardio lacks and I've certianly got a one digit BF %

I've wrestled college level so know how to make weight/ starve/ cut weight and be miserable but to just lift and wanna get bigger and stronger and use a steroid see no real benefit to being that low
To me a first cycle should be about adding mass and if can hold a low bodyfat and lift hard and go all out then good but otherwise no reason worry about it. I usually look my best when am weakest for maxs

By the way I am soooo sick of the people under 21 posting and to make it worse they've only been lifting 1-3 yrs.. seriously when I was at that point never thought bout much more than creatine and some protein. They act like that's impressive.
Make it worse their being pricks about it like swiftwhatever it is. Doesn't wanna work hard is 130 lbs. These kids are annoying

I mean, you have to understand that im a bodybuilder thats aspiring to get my pro card one day. So i try to maintain a low bodyfat
 
I figured bodybuilder of course! I know some that still prefer get a little fatter during bulks and then cut down but if can maintain low bf and still bulk well then is a good way to go

I would have to agree with most of what is being said here. I however believe in treating everyone on this board, no matter the age, with respect. I wish I would have had a board like EF when I started using AAS at the ripe old age of 21 with absolutely no clue as to what I was doing. I had not done the right kind of training for near long enough. I had no knowledge on diet. It was a complete train wreck. AAS is a personal decision. Understanding the risks and the rewards is a big part of making that decision. However I have to agree with Conan. If you plan on being an IFBB pro body builder at a young age you will have to start earlier than this board recommends. It is what it is. The top guys aren't like they used to be in the days of Arnold. If you are not a complete freak these days you can't place, mush less win. With that said my trainer got his IFBB pro card at age 42 so it can be done.
 
The best way to deal with under 21's on this board is for the mods to just keep doing what they are doing.

Lock the threads, and then drop a pm or a closing post, saying why.

I get pissed off as well, but i know deep down me telling them to stop is futile.

Rich I beg to differ man, I joined here seeking advice about hgh cycle and I had a load of older, experienced guys tell me it's a no no, and few days later, guess what, I have thrown that idea out the window, have a new routine inplace, and letting my natural hormones, with a great diet and strict workout routine in place.

So don't just give up on us youngings lol we arnt all know it alls.
I'm proof ;) lol

Best thing you could do, is simply tell them no, talk about PCT and everything else (really just belittle their knowledge to make em think) and suggest what really is best and where to find the advice, on diet and bodybuilding forum part. Worked for me lol I gave the idea up.

But aye, I ask for advice when I need it and listen to it all, and obey it I'm young and dumb, and only way to learn is to listen. Lol
