My Abs Suck< Actually Its Belly!

I can never get abs, I just started tooo do cardio i was thinkin about doin it every day, I know alot of ppl say it will decrease muscle but what if you eat more? What do you guys have toooo do to get cut up?
 
its all about diet bro. got on a cutting diet and do cardio 3x a week and keep up with yer strength training
 
Cardio sucks, man. It raises estrogen levels. Aerobics instructors have some of the highest bodyfat percentages in the fitness industry. It's because of low-intensity, long-period cardio. Burn your fat through good diet (CKD if you've been having trouble getting abs in the past), weights, and interval sprints. Also, ECA, morning Yohimbe, topical Yohimbe and topical diuretics can be invaluable in getting rid of those last necessary pounds of belly fat.
