In case anyone was curious or had any questions. This is the first time ever dieting I`m 34 years old 6ft 3 and started at 227-229 on Monday. It`s now Friday night and I weigh 220. It seems to be working.
I`m following the CKD meals exactly but the workout/cardio is a little different. I mostly have the same foods all day , like tuna every meal or chicken tenders the next day etc. with olive oil for fats everyday(flax just came in so will replace the olive oil) .
I don`t know what my fat % was or is, but definately seeing more definition. My abs are starting to show more.
Have`nt even started taking the NYC and ephedrine yet(still in mail) I`m sure that will boost things more. Hunger comes and goes but it`s easier than I thought. NO Problems so far... any ???`s I`ll be glad to try and help.
