3 weeks ago I started my cycle using the "Nelson Montana style" today was my last day....and I gained 8 kilo's. I know that a part of my gains are caused by water retention but the muscle gains are not to bad to....In a couple of weeks I update my post and let you know how much I kept.
This is how my cycle looked like....my original plan was to go with test and anavar but I couldn't get the anavar so replaced it with dianabol and winny
day one sust 250 + 100mg cyp
day 3 100mg cyp
day 5 100mg cyp
day 8 100mg cyp
day 10 100mg cyp
untill day 11 25mg dianabol a day
day 12 100mg cyp
day 15 100mg cyp
day 17 100mg cyp
day 19 100mg cyp
day 21 100mg cyp
untill day 21 25mg of winny a day
I ate about 350-400 grams of protein a day....and a total of about 4000kcal a day. I also used 10 grams of creatine a day, fish oil, multi vit/min, alot of flaxseed oil, garlic tabs and milk thistle
Trained 5 days a week every bodypart just once a week
