My 1st Delt injection--

I'm about to go in the locker room here at work and do my delt shot, i cant concentrate on work, i keep thinking about my shot, so i'm gonna do it. Does anybody else get like this?

I haven't hit delts yet, everytime I look in the mirror all I see are those veins running throughout them and I can't figure out how you stick there and not hit veins; also how does one aspirate?

I like the idea a lot, seems like it'd be easier than glutes...

I love delts, they have become my favorite spot now. The way I aspirate is I pinch the plunger with my thumb and pointer finger, this will bring it back slightly, just look for a bubble and you are good to go.

Delts........love to do my shots their, just don't want to much scar tissue to build up. No pain what so ever using a 25g 5/8ths.

I like hitting delts better than glutes.

Never hit a vein there. Every time I aspirate theres no blood.
I got pretty big delts so I use 22g 1.5" needles.

I think my delt shots would be painless if I wasnt shooting fina into them. Funny thing is, Fina like ups the hurt by like three fold!!! But delt shots are great!! I did my first 2 this week!

The delt shot is a good shot....your shoulders balloon up and it looks great.

delts are a wonderful spot... and yeah the 25g, 5/8 pin is great for em...
