My 1st cycle - What I've noticed

I have to agree with increasing the test. 250mg isn't much. 2 shots a week will get you to 500mg. That's a nice place to be. Your muscles will like it, you will like it, your girlfriend will like it. Tell your girlfriend I said she is welcome.
 
again^^^^ Up the test to 500 mg/week. My first cycle, I was running 250/wk and it just wasnt enough, there is a noticeable difference @ 500/week next week you should feel a good kick... lift hard, eat a ton,
have fun!!!
 
*Update*

Well I'm about 10 weeks into this cycle now. And there has been some good and bad.

First let me say I increased my sustanon to 500mg, 250 twice a week.

The good:
I've gained about 22 pounds so far. My strength is up. My energy is up. My appetite is fine now. My pumps in the gym is by far the best they've ever been.

The sexual part is like a mixed bag. On one hand, my sex drive is higher than normal and so is my thickness and hardness. But on the other hand I can't nut, well I can but it's like little small dribbles.

The bad:
I was starting to break out will bad with acne but I started using proactiv about a week ago and already my acne has cleared up a lot.

Lower back pain on the left hand side, from the research I've done it looks like it could be strain on kidneys. Someone told me to drink as much water as possible and that should do the trick. What do you guys think about this pain?

I noticed the soreness for the sustanon lasted about 7 days the first time. It only lasted about 3 days the next two times.

My sex drive is way up. The intensity is considerably higher. It also seems like I'm bigger and harder than ever before. It's kinda fun. I like it. What isn't fun is when my mate ask me why I can only give a few weak nuts now. LOL.

The first few days on the gear my appetie just totally went away altogether but the last week it seem to have come back and stronger than before too.

I haven't really noticed a strengh gain in the gym either. But it's only been 3 weeks, hopefully in the next couple of weeks that will happened with some new muscle.

Does this sound normal? What are other people seeing doing various weeks of their cycle?

definetly drink more water and take some thing for your liver. like tylers liver detox, milk thistle or crannberry extrct. anyhoo good job on the cycle.
 
the drugs you are taking dont put that much stress on the kidneys...

what does put stress on your kidneys is the increased protein you SHOULD be taking. Also, think of it this way, the water you retain, is water your body isnt using... water intake should be a MINIMUM of one gallon per day for a 200lb man

cranberry is good for your kidneys as well
