My 16 weeks cycle

Hey guys,

have some queries but first of all, many many thanks to dylan for helping put this cycle together...thanks dylan!!

this cycle will be npp+sustanon+eq+winny+var.
i'm currently at week5...and my questions:
I put on 11lbs during the first 4 weeks of the cycle, i wonder if the increase is correct or is it too much?
I worried as I have only put on tat much weight on a 10 weeks test cycle...and its also the first time i'm taking these in a stack.. :)
in fact, i cut back on carbs (a bowl of brown rice) this week and my weight maintained.
so i wonder if i should just load it (clean bulk) next week again and just goes with it??
my apologies if it seems like a stupid question as I tend to worry a little monitoring progress while on cycle..
 
It's good thing to monitor your self closely on cycle. This way you will notice if something is wrong, and have enough time to find the cause and fix it.

IMO everything seems normal, weight will usually increase at higher rate mid cycle. Since you are running NPP and Sust I would also think that part of your weight gain is water which will subside over time. I presume that you are running Var in beginning, and Winny in the end of cycle, so once you start Winny it should help with water retention and really dry you up.

yes.....I try my best to monitor and ask my questions to you guys if I have any doubts...especially for a long cycle..
great..good to know that it's normal to gain that much in a short time, then I guess I will load more next week....I don't know about water weight gain...hopefully not a lot is water.. :)
nope..i'm running winny in the beginning and var at the end.

are you running an AI? know the winny should counteract but i wonder if still you are putting on water weight.. if so ag guys has good deals on L aromasin

also i'm sure he hooked you up with uniquemicals SARM's to help you keep those gains

yes..running ai and caber as well....following the cycle laid out closely.. :)
I don't know if it's water weight or not...cant really tell...but 1 thing for sure..for that 11lbs increase in weight, I didn't put a lot on the waist area....don't feel bloated..only cracking joints...most likely from winny..

yes..i did...but cant really tell much if you have looking at yourself daily..unless it's a big change I guess...
I cant really tell where the weight goes to...tshirts and pants still fit...
I'm just a little concerned but if it's normal then I will increase my calories ....I just want to ensure that I'm gaining correctly and not too much too soon...thanks!

i'm at week6 now.
tue - npp & sust
wed - eq
thur - npp & sust
sat - npp & eq
I am wondering if it matters that sustanon is pinned 2 days apart? or it's better to pin it on Fri (3 days apart) like this:
tue - npp & sust
wed - eq
thur - npp
fri - sust
sat - npp & eq
but this will mean 5 days of pinning!?
i'm mixing 2 compounds when possible but i do wonder if it matters the days apart.
 
finally finished my 16 weeks cycle and 2 weeks break before PCT....currently week 1 of PCT.
at the end of 18 weeks - I have gained 11lbs ...mostly muscles but with some fats.
I gained most of the 11lbs at the first 8 weeks while on npp and the remaining 8 weeks not much gain despite eating more and more....eq does not make me very hungry but I can eat more though.
first time using npp and eq so not sure what to expect....I do notice that carbs make you gain more while on npp....and eq does give more veins..
not sure if my gain of 11lbs is considered good for a 16 weeks cycle....let's hope I can keep all after pct.
 
currently i'm on day 5 of week1 of pct...and i'm taking these:

clomid 50/50/25/25
methyl eaa and test infusion combo (post cycle+Unleashed are not available)
Keto burn MRSUPPS.COM
ostarine 25 mg day uniquemicals.com

however, I have been vomiting since day2 after taking methyl eaa, test infusion, keto burn and ostarine.
I have tried it for 5 days and I have been vomiting out my food during my workouts (I train after breakfast) and I'm not eating much after.
does anyone has any problem like vomiting after taking methyl eaa, test infusion, keto burn and ostarine??
I suspect it could be one of these and hoping it's not ostarine....
 
Make sure you are taking those supplements with food, or they can cause stomach discomfort and nausea for some people. This especially happens with products containing DAA, which is in Test Infusion and methyl EAA

oh....taking with food?
I took methyl eaa on empty stomach..... yes, I feel nausea and end up vomiting the food I took before my workout...
thanks, will take with food and see how it goes.
