I meant to start this thread 2 weeks ago but better late than never.
On 30th September I began my 12 week Test E cycle. It is my second cycle ( I did a 10 week Test E only cycle 18 months ago).
I started on 30mg of Dbol on the 30th September along with my first 500mg of Test E. I aim to do this cycle for 12 weeks and then start PCT on week 14. I have plenty of Clomid and Nolva to hand.
It is now 2 weeks since I began and yesterday I pinned my 3rd dose of 500mg of Test E. I have also upped my Dbol to 40mg a day (broken down into 20 mg in the morning and 20m mg just before dinner).
I will post my stats up later (left them written down at home) but I had a question that I hope you guys can answer.
On the day I started pining I began training using the squats and milk method.
On top of my daily diet of eggs, nuts, chicken, wholegrain rice, pasta, veg, water, protein drinks I am currently drinking 4 pints of milk a day. I am trying to get up to 8 (as per the rules of the workout) but finding it tough going. Hopefully I will hit the magic 8 pints of milk a day in the next week of so
My workout is the following (3 days a week)
1 set of Squats (20 Reps)
1 set of Pullovers (20 Reps)
1 set of Straight Leg Dead Lifts (15 Reps)
1 set of Pullovers (20 Reps)
Superset of
1 set of Bench Press (10 reps)
1 set of Barbell Rows (15 reps)
1 set of Standing Dumbell Press (12 Reps)
I do the Superset 3 times.
Each workout I have been increasing the weight I use on each exercise by 2.5 kg and so far I have been able to do this though I did start on low enough weight for my first workout. I am doing these exercises at home using my home gym set up. E.g My squat has gone up from 60 Kg to 75Kg in the last 5 workouts
I am just wondering that due to the fact that I am using Test E and Dbol should I just stick to the above workout for the 3 days a week or is there other supplementary work I should do on other days?
