We didn't stay at our house, we had a party to attend. But driving to some friends house for a pre-party party and then to the party, I shit you not, must have been 400+ kids lining the streets. I live in a small town of 6K. They were in trucks, trucks w/ trailors, sitting in the trunks of cars, everywhere. They completely blocked the roads, I was trying to get to the party and cars just using the middle of the road, kids running from one side of the street to the other. It looks like some parents would realize that not every single car has 5-15 kids looking for the "good candy" as AAP says, just get the F out of the damn way. sheezzz
It took over 20 minutes to drive what normally takes 5 minutes. When we were at our friends house they were giving out candy, some of the little kids were really cute, little cowboys, a bumble bee, princeses, ect. BUT, then they had the 12-15 year olds not even dressed up coming to the door wanting candy, some had HEB bags but others didn't even have that. I really don't understand what possesses some kids to think that it's OK to go trick or treating at 15.
