Anyone here a music fanatic? I beleive music is a part of the soul. Music is a part of my drive, the force that keeps me on my feet and rolling with the punches.

I have trouble lifting when i am not hearing music or can't get a beat or rhythm that i like to play. I'm just not as motivated. If anyone else out there's like this lemme know who you like and may i suggest a fine group known as disturbed.

yeah I like all kinds of music too. music helps alot when I'm lifting, I don't have to have it though as long as I have my workout partner...

Ugggh. . . they were playing some hard trance or whatever you call it at the gym today. . . at first I thought it was happy hardcore but it wasn't quite 250bpm

good thing I had an Andy C mixtape and my walkman. . . it gives me something to do inbetween sets too

I agree that when having a partner the rhythm isn't needed so, having competitive words with the person is enough to put the drive there and Lift until it's no longer possible. But for some reason the music gets me just as pumped as any person could.
