Muscle twitch?

I have been injecting deca, test enth into my quads for the past four weeks since its the easiest to shoot. The pin usually glides in with no pain or fuss. Today, I went to shoot and I can hear the muscle tearing as it was going in and this was with a 25g needle.It hurt a bit but not much. That has never happened to me with a 25g. Anyhow, as I was going in, my quad was twitching like a mofo. I then pulled out. Whats up with the tearing noise and why the twitch? Should I switch injection sites since I might be getting scar tissue on my quads?

Change to the outer delts or the ass. The delts are always the best for me.
