Muscle Spasm

Is it normal to experience muscle spasms after injecting? I injected 1 cc of deca on my left and right thigh last night, and now I am experiencing muscle spasm twitching on those injected sites. Whats up with this? Could this deca I have be fake? Its Nandrolone Decanoate by TORNEL. This never happened before. Thanks

I have this happen when I inject into my delts. Sometimes even with the needle in my delt starts to twitch... which definitely makes finishing the shot hard.

its happened to my delt and i inject in the glute...did you work legs recently too it could be from the overload of weight...
