Muscle Spasm/ Twitch Question

What causes this? my tricept on the inner part of my right arm has been consistantly and constantly twitching. At first I thought it was one of those things that would just go away. But now it has been 3 consecutive days!!! Now it is getting kind of annoying. Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
Currently: Test En 750mg/ week
Deca 750mg/ week

I've had the exact same problem before and have no idea wtf it is. But now I feel better that it may be more common than I thought. Anyone have an answer to this?

More than likely a pinched nerve. If you shoot in your shoulder, you may have hit a nerve..Try an anti-Inflammatory like ibuprofen see if that helps or a muscle relaxer like flexeril. If you're still having problems after a few more days, you might want to see a Dr. IMHO

If it was a pinched nerve there would be pain, right?? From reading ur post, it looks like it's not painful, just annoying. Could be a lot of different things. If a muscle relaxer doesn't work, you could try sitting in a hot tub for a while. It that doesn't work, I'd twitch on down to the dr's office if I was you.

I did a super hard leg-workout last week after being off for awhile. For the next three days my glute kept twitching and finally went away when I stopped being sore.

I dont know but i dont think it's anything to be concerned with...i had various muscles twitch in the past and they all went away...i think everyone will have this occur sometime in their life.

My left hand goes numb from time to time. My doctor said it's probably a pinched nerve. I'll have to ask him what makes it go away. I haven't even started my cycle yet.
