Muscle Spasm/Tightening Question -

Hello all,

I am currently in my 7th week of a test/dbol/fina cycle. For about the past 3 weeks, I have noticied pain (at times, severe), in various muscle groups. For instance, the other day when doing hanging ab kickups, my entire lower abdominal region cramped/seized, and I was unable to move for a short spell. This same feeling has also occured in my lat area too. It does go away, but I have to remain still, and any further movements involving the troubled muscle group just incite more pain. Any ideas as to what this can be? At first I was thinking possible muscle dehydration, but have been sure to hydrate myself, and still experience this from time to time... Just thought I would ask, in the case that someone else has had experience with this as well. Thanks in advance.

Thats dbol for you....
I get that after about week 5 every time i use the bol. I get it the worst in my hamstrings, horrible cramping. I also get it in the lower back and tris and brachialis.
Dont know exactly what causes it, probly dehydration.
 
Its probably a combination of things

I'll bet your not getting you 1-2 gallons of water/day (you need to do that)

Fina causes pumps that can be very painful, I get lower back pumps when I do squats and have to lay on the ground sometimes or lay on a bench until the tightness goes away. For that all I can say is stretch between sets and stretch when you are done working out. You should be doing this anyway.
