good question
its not that I NEED them, I work a very stressful job and I won't lie that I tend to tense up (muscle wise), have a hard time getting to sleep and so on, I am a go, go, go type guy. So when I get to my day off from the gym I am totally beat and will usually take one the night before to help me relax a little and get to bed a little earlier then usual (hour tops after taking this).
Is it tough on the liver?
I guess I should probably just avoid it, but I just like having that one night where I sit back and am totally relaxed and then drift off into a great nights sleep, I swear those are the only nights I can dream... other then that night I am lucky to get 6 hours.
