I've always like it. As far as I know it's pretty high quality.

I've never seen anyone knock it, that's for certain. (ON these boards or any others)

I never liked muscle milk stuff, I always feel ill after consuming them.

VPX makes some great protein products. Labrada makes good bars, especially the "cookie bars". Optimum and designer makes good whey blends.

It is a great morning or before bed protein.. it's a whey/casein blend with lots of healthy fats...I don't recommend it pre or post workout because that's when you want only fast acting whey and simple carbs. If you're looking for a better post workout, or imo better overall option, check out cytogainer from the same company.

All bars are a waste of space unless maybe u're on a bulk and just want calories no matter what the source.

I almost agree with ya on everything here Kabeetz, however.. In my opinion its great to use preworkout, most of the fats in it are MCT's, and are very readily used for energy, so taken 30-45mins preworkout it can work very well. Totally agree post however, and about the bars.

Great point. Haven't really used fat as primary pre-workout energy source myself.. I know a lot of people definitely like it, so I'll probably give it a shot too at some point soon.
